HELLO, I'm Jesse
I’m a student and regular weightlifter. I started lifting for the most basic and vain reason, to get better looking obviously. At first working out was a pain and it was so mind numbingly boring to do and get through, but over time with the feeling of exhaustion and seeing the progress after just a few weeks of working out, made me hooked on continuing.
Now I find myself thinking that going to the gym just for an hour is the highlight of my day, I have fun and enjoy spending time with my brothers as we all go to the gym. This website is just to rant and talk to no one about my gym things.

Program
My Training Program Right now, I’m running an upper/lower split, repeating across the week with rest in between. I used to do a push/pull/legs split for the longest time, since I started working out up until recent. Maybe only for the last 2 months, I have been running this upper/lower split since I've gotten bored of the regular PPL. I believe that variety in your exercises matter and that changing things up especially when you are bored of things and that you find things being repetitive
Upper Day

- 3 × Pull-ups
- 2 × Chest Flies
- 3 × Lateral Raises
- 2 × Barbell Rows

Lower Day

Stats
Current Personal Records (PRs): Squat: 120kg Bench Press: 100kg Deadlift: 130kg These numbers mark my current progress. I update them as I keep hitting new milestones. These numbers are a little skewed as I've only seriously tried and focused on my flat bench press. There is a reason why my squat and deadlift aren't that far away from my bench... I hate squating and deadlifting hurts my back. Benching is just plain fun, so I cant help but just put in all my time, focus, and energy into benching. But I will be trying to even things out and (forcefully) push myself in the uncomfortable direction of learning to squat and deadlift properly.

Goals
I split up my goals into short and long term. Depending on whether I decide that a goal is achievable within a few weeks to a month I would categorise that as a short term goal. Whereas a long term goal is something I see myself being able to achieve in the a few months or maybe a few years. I myself am unsure of whether I can even do the long term goals since I've set the bar quite high. But regardless, I'm still writing these here to see if I could do them at all.
